James David Rosenblatt
James David Rosenblatt joined the Rosenblatt Law Firm in 2005.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Emory University in 1993, Mr.
Rosenblatt obtained an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word.
His love of education has kept him in the classroom where he continues to
teach Business Law today.
Prior to returning to private practice, Mr. Rosenblatt was the Executive
Vice President and General Counsel for an international construction company.
As such, Mr. Rosenblatt was actively involved in both business management and
handling the daily legal issues. Additionally, Mr. Rosenblatt headed of the
Human Resources department, insurance risk department and was actively involved
in the financial aspects of the business. During his tenure as General Counsel,
Mr. Rosenblatt oversaw the purchase of 12 companies and all employment and
legal issues in 9 states and Canada.
Prior to his involvement in business, Mr. Rosenblatt was an associate in the
corporate section at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld where he was involved
in numerous entity creation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and
review and a variety of other corporate and business related activities.
In addition to his legal career, Mr. Rosenblatt has served on numerous non-profit
boards and is a graduate of the Leadership San Antonio -Class XXIII.
Shan Marie Egliskis
A graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, handles entity formations/dissolutions and litigation for the firm’s clients. She previously worked under Justice Tom Price at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office and Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid. Ms. Egliskis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. While there, she was co-captain of the women’s golf team, and remains an avid golfer. Ms. Egliskis is fluent in Spanish. |
