In response to growing concern over the COVID-19 pandemic, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff ordered property owners to suspend evictions for at least the next 30 days.
This is in addition to the prior suspension of jury trials until April 16th, which limits the number of individuals in the courtroom. Such a suspension may lead to massive delays and possibly case dismissal.
