Since 2012, Ryan has gained experience practicing in the business sector, particularly international business. His experience as a language and cultural ambassador in Spain for a year following his graduation from Texas State helped build his fluency in Spanish. Building on his strengths, he worked in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic during law school, was a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice, and interned for Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid in Del Rio, Texas.
Ryan began his legal career practicing business law, international estate planning, asset protection, and business immigration law. He represented international clients, primarily those coming from Mexico to the United States to grow their businesses. Through his experiences, Ryan gained insight into the international entrepreneurial spirit businesspeople from other countries bring to the United States. Ryan used his expertise to help his clients gain knowledge and an understanding of a foreign legal and tax system so that their businesses could be successful here.
Ryan joined Rosenblatt Law Firm in 2017, working in the corporate, real estate, and intellectual property sections and helping with company formations, trans-border real estate, and contract law. Ryan wants to provide his clients and their companies with the highest legal protection possible and tools to grow their businesses. Ryan seeks to serve more international clientele with the Rosenblatt Law Firm and is always available to advise on U.S. business legal strategies.
Ryan is the father to two girls, in his free time. He enjoys running, hiking, camping and a good game of chess.
