Iliana is the Administrative Coordinator at ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM.

Iliana is from the Rio Grande Valley, with roots in San Juan and Harlingen. Her adventurous spirit led her to San Antonio in 2016. She started her journey in law at 18 when she started work as a runner for a firm. This experience sparked her interest in the industry.

As her career progressed, Iliana has honed her administration and management skills and has been an integral part of the RLF team since 2019. She attributes her success in this role to keen attention to detail, exceptional listening skills, and patience.

Iliana is SHRM-CP certified and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree.

Outside of work, Iliana enjoys hiking and exploring the cultural gems of San Antonio. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and is especially fond of Thai and Indian cuisines. At home, Iliana enjoys baking and is continuously learning new recipes.
