Molly E. Neck

Senior Associate Attorney

Molly is a Senior Associate Attorney on the Transactional Team at ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM. Molly has been part of the RLF team since 2014.

Molly earned a degree in Religious Studies from Tulane University in 2002. She attended law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated in 2008 with a Juris Doctorate.

Molly works with small business owners to assist with starting, expanding, operating, and selling their businesses. After starting her law career in business litigation, Molly developed an interest in working with business owners. With this professional experience, Molly is able to help her clients avoid litigation and navigate the myriad decisions business owners face.

Molly supports business owners in the areas of real estate, contracts, sales and use tax, and employee matters. She also has extensive experience with corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Molly spent two years as the Director of Policy for the National Coalition for the Homeless. During law school, Molly worked in the Immigration Clinic at the Community Justice Center, was a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and interned for the Honorable Judge Edward C. Prado United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Molly is a senior associate who works with small business owners to assist them in starting, expanding, operating, and selling their businesses.  After practicing business litigation at the start of her law practice, Molly wanted to work with business owners to help them avoid litigation by advising them on the many large and small decisions business owners face. Molly supports business owners on matters of real estate, contracts, sales and use tax, and employee matters, in addition to her work with corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Since Molly joined ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM in 2014, she has assisted in over $77 million in mergers and acquisitions. Molly understands each business is unique and works with each client to ensure they receive the best advice possible.

In her free time, Molly stays involved in the community through non-profit and political organizations working to improve the lives of San Antonians. She relaxes with podcasts, reading, and playing with her two dogs.
