ABOUT MOLLY
Molly spent two years as the Director of Policy for the National Coalition for the Homeless. During law school, Molly worked in the Immigration Clinic at the Community Justice Center, was a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and interned for the Honorable Judge Edward C. Prado United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Molly is a senior associate who works with small business owners to assist them in starting, expanding, operating, and selling their businesses. After practicing business litigation at the start of her law practice, Molly wanted to work with business owners to help them avoid litigation by advising them on the many large and small decisions business owners face. Molly supports business owners on matters of real estate, contracts, sales and use tax, and employee matters, in addition to her work with corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Since Molly joined ROSENBLATT LAW FIRM in 2014, she has assisted in over $77 million in mergers and acquisitions. Molly understands each business is unique and works with each client to ensure they receive the best advice possible.
In her free time, Molly stays involved in the community through non-profit and political organizations working to improve the lives of San Antonians. She relaxes with podcasts, reading, and playing with her two dogs.
